We will send you the tracking number for your item as soon as we have posted your item. However, customs can slow things down significantly. We appreciate your patience.

* It is the buyer's responsibility to pay additional import taxes, customs fees, duties, and additional postal fees associated with overseas shipping after the item arrives in their respective country.

* Please ensure your delivery address is correct! We will not be responsible for undelivered items due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.

We recommend informing the postal service if you are not at home so that the delivery can be delivered to its destination. If delivery fails and your package is returned to us because you left an incorrect address, we will send your package again to the correct address if you agree to pay the shipping cost again.

If the product is returned to us in perfect condition because you left an incorrect address and no longer wish to receive it, we will refund your payment, but shipping fees and additional costs such as Etsy and PayPal fees will not be refunded.

We rarely accept return requests, but the general rule is that we accept returns for serious errors in descriptions ONLY. Items must be returned in their original condition. The buyer pays return shipping.
